Thanks Jen for the before and after pictures – the lamb was cooked for 1.5 hours in the BBQ 180 degrees C with the lid down until the internal temperature of the lamb was 125 degrees F. If you want to add extra flavour use hickory or apple wood chips with a couple of large sprigs of Rosemary in the smoker Box. March 2023
